*SMALL PRINT:  1) Must be a Resident of Arkansas and not a current client of McGhee Insurance Agency of North Little Rock or Hot Springs locations. 2) Must be listed owner of home quoted. 3) Must receive a quote for auto & home insurance which does include McGhee Insurance Agency confidentially collecting personal information along with insurance history.  This information is not shared with anyone. 4) McGhee Insurance Agency Employees and their Families are not eligible. 5) Including design, consultation, labor & material, value of bathroom makeover will not exceed $2,500. No CASH value. 6) By entering the contest, you are agreeing to be contacted by McGhee Insurance Agency and ABC Bath Renovations for purposes of solicitation of a product or service.  Including automated email messages that do comply with the Can-Spam Act act of 2003.  You also agree to use of your image, name and/or likeness for marketing purposes. 7) Contest ends 1/10/2019.  Winner will be determined by a panel of 5 local individuals not employed by McGhee Insurance Agency.  These individuals will have sole discretion and no incentive will be provided to them in exchange for their participation.  8) Winner will be notified via email & phone no later than 1/11/2019. Winner must respond with confirmation of intent to claim prize within 48 hours of receipt of notification.  If not confirmed, a new winner will be chosen.  9) Winner will have 3 months to complete the bathroom makeover with Granite Transformations of Central Arkansas.  Makeover must be completed on the specific bathroom that photos were submitted for and chosen as the winner for this contest-no substitutes. If winner is deceased on 1/10/2019, an alternate winner will be chosen.  10) By participation, you agree to hold harmless McGhee Insurance Agency for any actions or work performed by Granite Transformations of Central Arkansas.
